Mini Retreat for Mums: Balance and Shine

£35, Sunday 11th July, 9.30am-1pm

A special retreat created just for mums, to take some time out to reconnect with themselves. Brought to you by Leanne Sia Coaching and Yoganic, the retreat promises to be uplifting and an opportunity to redefine you. The retreat includes a balancing yoga session for both the body and mind, Coaching workshop and end s with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra plus special treats.


Leanne Sia is a super life coach who helps stressed and unfulfilled mums to remember who the f*ck they are so that they can nourish themselves, find their purpose, be their best and model feeling alive to their kids.

Nicola at Yoganic specialises in Pre and Postnatal yoga supporting women through the transition of becoming a mum and empowering women to trust their instincts as a mum.

EQUINOX WORKSHOPS

A celebration of the seasons this series of workshop focusses on the change in energy each season brings. Allowing more time to adjust and understand the poses offering for more descriptive cues to really enable you to develop your practice of this fundamental yoga sequence. This workshop is for all levels including beginners.


During our workshop we will take you through the following;

- Learn three versions of Surya Namaskar A, B and C
- Align pranayama (breathing) with movement
- Focus on key poses and how to maximise and modify for your practice


The workshop is an investment of £18 for 90min session. All kit including mat, blocks, blankets and bolsters are provided and fully cleaned in line with Covid19 guidance.

YOGA + REIKI WORKSHOP

£20, Sunday 25th J6-8pm

Sunday 25th July and 22nd August


Join us for 2 hours of calming Yoga infused with Reiki energy. Led by Yoga teacher Claire Naisby (Restore Yoga) and Reiki Master Leena Graham.


This workshop will draw from slower paced styles of Yin and Restorative Yoga, holding postures for extended periods of time. Deep, active postures will be followed by relaxing, passive postures to encourage release of mind and body tension.
Reiki is a gentle energy method that assists the body’s natural energy flows, allowing the body to find its natural balance and rhythm. Combining a soft and deep practice of yoga with Reiki creates a nurturing environment for mind-body harmony.
The sessions will start with a short meditation followed by yoga that will include Reiki on each individual as they hold the postures, ending in a longer guided meditation.

BEGINNERS YOGA WORKSHOP

An opportunity to explore how yoga can work for you. A slower pace allowing more time to adjust and understand the poses offering for more descriptive cues to really enable you to absorb the class. This workshop is aimed at complete beginners, those returning to yoga after a break or for those wanting to learn a little more about specific poses. 


During our workshop we will take you through some of the fundamental yoga techniques that you can genuinely use in every day life. Whether you are seeking to improve your physical fitness or mental wellbeing we will demonstrate how yoga can benefit both through the following:

Pranayama - Breathing Techniques
Asanas - Yoga Movement and Poses
Savasana - Meditation and Relaxation

SOUND BATH WORKSHOP

Sunday 17th October 4-5pm

Yoga for the soul.


A soundbath on the theme of surrender, acceptance and intention setting to coincide with the first full moon of Autumn.

About this event

The soundbath comes three days prior to the Hunter's Moon; the first full moon of Autumn. This Blood Moon rises in Aries, stoking the fires of our goals and urges us to move forward with clear and positive intentions. The lunar occasion is an ideal time to let go of our need to be in control and, in turn, focus on making space for our heart's true desires.

The evening's soundbath will be designed to help you better surrender to any changes that must take place, to help create a sense of inner spaciousness so that you can be a vessel for your honest, heartfelt intentions.

Please wear warm, loose-fitting clothing. A blanket, bolster cushion and yoga mat will be provided, though it is advisable for you to bring a bottle of water and an extra blanket that you can lie on for added cushioning.

The soundbath starts at 4pm, so please arrive promptly to avoid any delays.
